At Flowers, we take pride in the quality of our home decor and botanical arrangements; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
